Alınan Turist vizesi başvurularında davet mektubu ibraz edilmesi halinde mektupta, davet eden kişinin, T.C Kimlik numarası, kimliği, davetli ismi, oturma adresi, iletişim numarası, kalınacak süre ve amaç, başvuru sahibi ile akrabalık bağının olup olmadığı bilgilerinin bulunması gerekmektedir. Eğer ki, davet eden taraf bir kurum ise, vergi bilgileri talep edilmektedir. Ayrıca, davet eden kişinin söz konusu davet mektubunda, davetlinin yiyecek ve konaklama sağlama sorumluluğu kendine ait olmak üzere masraflarını karşılayacağını beyan etmesi istenmektedir. Başvuru sahibinin, yeterli veya düzenli imkâna sahip olması şartı aranmaktadır.
